Oh, boy! "Paranormal Texas" is out just in time for Halloween. One of my favorite guidebook authors and all-around awesome person, Tui Snider, shares a knockout bunch of spooky sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
It's available here, so grab a copy for this haunting season.
I was intrigued by Arlington's Lost Cemetery of Infants. "A surprisingly cheery tale," says Tui. Go take a look at Tui's blog.
Looks like an interesting read for this time of year. The woman who writes the Haunted Ohio series (I follow her other blog: http://mrsdaffodildigresses.wordpress.com ) has also published a book of four short stories set in Victorian and Edwardian England. Sort of Gothic horror -- creepy but not too icky, but also funny and charming. I thought you might enjoy them, as well as the blog. Link to book: http://amzn.to/1reTOya
