It's right around the corner. Not.
A girl can pretend though, can't she? This is from Awkward Family Photos. Man, I love that site.
This is genius:
(from Decorating Ideas Made Easy)
Take a gippy thrift store dollhouse, then spray paint it black. Junk it up with spooky stuff. Works for me.
Can I please have this? Please?
If I haven't already told y'all a million times, I'm going to have a Halloween Room in my studio. I think about it constantly. It will be one big Halloweenfest in there, all year long. I want it right now.
Great minds think alike! I was just talking to a friend of mine the other day & pointed out that it's only about 5-6 months before the stores will be bringing out the new Halloween stuff! I just saw a blog that did something like the dollhouse but with dollar store christmas village houses & people. They painted them gray & then black over it with a little gray showing. I can't remember where I first saw it but I think she got the idea from another blog called...the36thavenue. Just go to Holidays & then Halloween and scroll down.

Even though Autumn is my absolute FAVORITE.....Spring in Utah is almost here. Even though it's pouring rain right now & snow is still on the ground!
I still remember your studio's Moroccan style door cutouts.....

There are flowers here in Texas already. Just weedy ones, but flowers nonetheless. The wild plums are starting to flower, too. They have this profusion of delicate white blossoms. Do you have those in Utah, too?

I cannot comprehend blackberries in march. Is the Halloween room going next to the gypsy/religious/kitsch room? Methinks you shall make one of those cobwebby crowns.

Ding ding ding! Yes, Charlotte-the Catholic kitsch room is next to the Halloween room which is next to the Scheherezade/Arabian Nights room. Havent come up with a theme for the bathroom yet. I think Ill have to solicit suggestions.
