Tragedy

I am just sick over the news of the shooting in Connecticut.  However, I feel that giving these horrific events so much coverage in the media is part of the problem.  I know evil and disturbed people exist out there, but too much attention only leads to copycats.

My thoughts and deepest sympathy are with the people of Newtown.

The thoughts about the events woke me up in a panic at 3 a.m. It's just the heaviest most awful thing. The parents, all of it. My brain is so sad and overwhelmed in thinking about the parents and loved ones. It's just too much isn't it? Sadness beyond words.

I agree. The law should make it a crime to report the offenders names. They should not be allowed a single moment of recognition. I think that would help.
