Did you know that the specifiic orange color used on Reese's wrappers is copyrighted? No other candy company is allowed to use that exact shade of orange.
I've been craving chocolate and peanut butter, so I modified this recipe from Bakerella.
The frosting is a yummy ganache made from dark chocolate, heavy cream, and peanut butter. The cake is chocolate with chocolate chips and chopped up mini Reese's cups. I chopped a bunch of minis for the top, too.
Oh oh oh, you done gooooooood!!!
Copyrighted orange??? Wholey Moley, they don't mess around.
I want to copyright... hmmm... let's see........... Umm. Pink. Or teal. :)
Not really.
Loooove, V
ps: Was it super yummy???

That looks so good. I just saw a cake frosting recipe in Better Homes that uses marshmallow creme as a stand in for swiss meringue. I may just have to bake a cake to try it! And put the chopped mini peanut butter cups on top. My hubby would swoon.
