Happy Father's Day, all you father-type people out there!
We had pumpkin pancakes with peaches and strawberries and whipped cream. And orange juice and coffee, of course. Look at Adam's poor left eye (on the right side of the screen). I'm afraid this is what a killer bee sting does to your eye. It's much better than it was, but it's pretty swollen. He actually got stung about an inch above his eyebrow. See the next post about those dang bees.
Violet has been very nervous about bees. We've talked a lot about them. We told her bees are very good little creatures, and do a lot of important things. However, we have to be careful around them because their stings really hurt. "Furry good bees don't TOUCH, Mama!"
My hubby got waffles, raspberries and bacon this morning. Killer bee? Seriously? We don't have those here, yet. In fact we don't even hear of the threat, but I do know they are in the south. Wow, I've had nasty wasp stings, so I hope this isn't worse than that. The child looks precious, as always.

Oh no! I hope Adam is feeling better. I have to say, it's cute that he drinks out of such a pretty teacup! Violet looks so adorable, I love the hairbow!
