I'm trying to eat healthier, starting with breakfast. I actually eat pretty healthy food to begin with, but it never hurts to keep trying, you know? Especially when it's cold, I find myself wanting carby junky foods. So I'm trying to start the day with better fuel.
Eggs with tomatoes, serranos, onions, and bell peppers. And coffee, of course. I'm trying to quit drinking so much cream. It tastes so gooood, though. I want foofy coffee drinks when it's cold. One 'creamed and sweetened' cup per day.
So what are you telling me? No more IHOP? I CAN'T STAND IT!!!!!

ALL of the experts tell us how important breakfast is. So, I DO listen. But I can't get beyond a slice of toasted wheat bread with peanut butter, and my "BullsEye". I think that's what Starbucks calls a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso, with half & half (a must). I used to make Americano, but felt that using coffee instead of hot water adds richness. Not to mention more caffeine. I just can't eat a meal before 11 am, but don't want to wait that long to put something in my stomach. But, dang, aren't cinnamon rolls or bagels with cream cheese really the perfect break fast?
