It's just a Tuesday.
Violet informs me she is dressed up like a Space Princess.
That kid. She sure makes me laugh. Violet just told me she'd really like some peaches. And pumpkin cake. And some turkey. With whipped cream. And if I don't have any whipped cream, then just forget about all of it.
Violet has been into dressing ME up lately, too. Urgh.....the headdresses aren't my favorite. She insists I need new hair. Orange and black Halloween hair.
Piper learned to hold a rattle. It's funny how surprised she acts every single time it makes a noise.
Adam re-did our irrigation system that waters our four hundred and something little pine trees. Poor guy. That was a lot of work in hellish hot Texas weather. By the end of a summer, rodents and rabbits chew through the hose trying to get to the water. Burying it would be even more work than putting out lines every few years, because then you can't tell where a leak is coming from.

I totally agree that Piper looks like Daddy. That was my first thought then I looked at pic again and again to confirm. Saw Maria's comment and knew it wasn't an illusion. Oh, that Violet. I love her imagination. She got that from you, Mama.
